IMBA'S International Take a Kid Mountain Biking Day
IMBA's International Take a Kid Mountain Biking Day celebrates the life of Jack Doub, an avid teenage mountain biker from North Carolina who had a true passion for the sport from an early age but passed away in 2002. Funding is provided by the Jack Doub Memorial Endowment.
Join me on Sunday October 5th from 11am to 4 pm at Sessions Woods, Burlington, CT for a loop around the park!
This is a great opportunity for you to pass your passion for pedaling on to kids. Plan to go mountain biking on the first Sunday in October - and bring a kid along for the ride!
We will ride on the main gravel trail of the park, a 2.5 miles loop. For the little ones, we will have an option of a 1 mile loop.
Helmets are mandatory for everyone. Sorry, no exceptions.
No need to sign up, just show up. Event is FREE of charge.
